Help w/ FlashCS3

I have edited my flash header and have it working pretty well, except for a couple of glitches, but nothing serious. However, I want to create a button over the logo so that when clicked it will bring you back to the home page. Every tutorial I have viewed so far seems to be missing the point or, and this is more likely, I am missing the point. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The test location for this website is:
