strange happening with menu system

Hey guys I am an aspiring web desinger for my company...I am an IT person by trade and have recently been made web master. I know a little about design but am far from professional. I have this issue with a new web site being designed for our plastic surgeons. When you use the menus on the left of the page marked (face, body, breast, etc..) the scrolling pics on the right seem to shift around a bit. I can assume it is some sort of formatting issue seeing that the javascrip running the slide show has worked for a months until i added the menus on the left. If someone can please take a look at it and let me know if they have any clue that would be great. here is a link:
