Quick IE Fix for Javascript: Horizontal Scrolling

I am looking to make this site work with IE like it works with Firefox:

Tbh the site works as I currently want it to with Firefox, Chrome & Opera (excluding the text anchors I am aware to) & I was just hopeful there was quick tweak to make IE do so to - in relation only to the horizontal scrolling, I am not dealing with content quite yet..?
