Contract: backend developer for web project

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a backend developer with extensive Ruby or PHP knowledge for contract work creating a website with the following:

• Open source codebase
• User accounts

o Signup
o Basic User control panel with ip logging
o Security
o Password reset feature via email
• Admin Panel

o Adding new assets
o Removing assets
o Changing data related to these assets
o Providing links with these assets to internal or external sources
o Banning users
o Locking accounts
• A search function to locate assets from a very large (potentially remote) library to ‘like’

o The ability to comment on these assets in private space
o The ability to update values regarding these assets in private space
• A structure which is easy to expand upon
