Bar Drinks Site Development

I'm wanting to develop a website containing recipes for bar drinks and shots and I'm trying to figure out the best way of going about creating a database in MySQL that will be searchable in many different ways.

I wish to have the recipes searchable by a single ingredient or group of ingredients, by the name of the bar drink, etc.

Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction or does anyone know of a particular free search script that I could use?

Any help on guiding me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Why not put a Google search on your site?

You can then avoid having to use a database altogether (and Google's search algorithm is pretty good I hear ;) )
