Moving Text on Browser width (Vertically)

Hi guys, I'm a young, but expeirenced web designer, and I have ran into a problem. The site (eugeneross.com) That is my portfolio site, has a set of text below the laptop that is supposed to remain there. In all browser windows, when you drag the window up, the text moves with the browser, which I don't want. Any idea how to prevent the text from moving up and down?
