view cart options?

Hello,
I was wondering if anybody had any tips for a new web designer. I am integrating pay pal into my business web site and wanted to know if I should use their cart for free, or purchase my own cart and integrate pay pal into that? It seems easier to just use the cart they give me , but I do not know what the advantages and disadvantages of this are since i am new to all this and have never build a site, where you sell items online. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have used paypal cart for a few websites. It is easy, free, and you don't have to worry about the security. On the other hand you have to keep up with your inventory on their website and have to create a new button on their website for every product.
