Best Chatroom for my Website?

Hi Im looking for the best free chatroom with the most features I can put on my website, or my forums. It would be great if it allowed you have to have moderators, customize it, unlimited room capacity, and/or allow you to play minigames with others in the room.

Ive found around 10 chatrooms via google but Im pretty sure there are betters one than those out there.
