IFrame Help

I have hosted my page temporarily at http://www.dinkypage.com/32878 . What I want to do is (1) allow the user to resize the Iframe. (2) I want to do with this is make it more user friendly. Currently, if someone types "yahoo.com" into the input box at the top and presses "enter," the page will just reload. I want to modify it so that it will enter that text to the Iframe.
