Editing Dreamweaver php/templates w/free software w/graphical interface

Hello,

I have a web site created with a Dreamweaver template by our web master. The files in it our PHP editors and I have been able to make simple pages with a program that can edit php via a code interface.

I am looking for a program that I can open these PHP files in a graphical program and edit it from there so its easier to make changes. Does anyone have any ideas or know a free program I can download to get the job done?

If you know how to code real good with no errors, I would recomend you to get Notepad++ so you can edit PHP files. If not, Dreamweaver is the man editing PHP files, its not free but there are ways you can get it free or with a big discount. I got my adobe dreamweaver for free from my girlfriend that goes to a big university, and she gets nice discounts and sometimes free software.
