HTML question for text box

I created a text box in HTML and it scrolls great in EI / Firefox, but for some reason, on Sierra - it overflows. Is there a fix for this? Below is the website page where this problem is occuring.

I have a solution, to IFrame it, but then search engines can't search the text. So, any ideas?
