Website design using the blogger platform

Hello, I am a newb in web design, but i know the direction and style I am trying to achieve, for future endevaors. I want to be able to use the blogger format to create a website, that incorporates the blog post etc. an example of this is http://www.angelologan.com/ as well as http://www.sidashford.com/ , these two sites incorporate the blogger platform, and I would like some help achieving this through html coding as well as the domain connection etc. Please can some when help me ?
