Dynamic Links in ASP.Net?

ok, i need to build a site in ASP.net which will allow me to have parameters in the url

is this possible with asp.net? if so, can someone please link me to a tutorial or point me in the right direction...

Actually, never mind, ive realised now that you can add parameters to a link in any case... and then just get the link in asp.net, easy enough, sorry to hassle you people.
