What to do now so that others can modify site later.

I am trying to modify a site for my club. They are using frontpage right now, but since frontpage is so out of date I am trying to find a newer easy-to-use program for them to do slight modifications with. Any advice on what I can use?

Microsoft Expression Web is the successor to front page (its actually quite good)
