CSS issue with header position

http://s176493904.onlinehome.us/display/ranch/ is my site, can anyone tell me why my header isn't at the top, where headers usually go?

Hi,

Have you fixed this? I'm viewing in Firefox and the header appears to be at the top.

The div, 'head-wrap' sits at the top with no margin and then 'header' and 'shell' are contained within it.
