Need help with CSS website please!

Hello! I have my site:
Baybreezebodyworks.com, (view source if you want...) and I have a CSS template I have been editing to my own specs. My problem is that My background is not showing up in my web page when i open it in my browser.


The background image is named "Img1.jgp
and the CSS sheet:
