problem navigating out of frames page

Hi. I built a photo gallery for my website using Photoshop's web photo gallery option.
I love the way it's set up, but I can't figure how to work out the navigation back to the home page, or any other page.

Any Ideas?

Is there a way to place the navigation navigation links on the background and not in the frame?

I hope this question is clear enough.
