CSS help.

hello everyone, im still kind of new to all this web development but I'm having a CSS related issue and i was wondering if there was a fix:

here is a picture of my Right column and footer in dreamweaver, notice how the border bars arent touching each other.

So my question is... Is there a setting i can change that would make it to where the Right column wont run into the footer?
