integrate a form to upload photos? HELP!

Hi,

I need a little help. I have a store that allows me to use html in the product section. One of my items I am selling is custom stationary. I would like to be able to make a way that they can upload their photos to me using a form or something???? Please help... Stumped

You make a web form in HTML and then use a script [probably PHP] to process the data. You can use a generic web form processor to do this (I recommend Form Tools (http://formtools.org) as you can use it to process any other forms you may need in the future with it and it's free) or find a script (http://hotscripts.com) for this one instance or use a commercial service (http://emailmeform.com/) to process your form for you (easiest).
