User form, with images

I need to make some sort of a form where the users can fill in text as well as paste images, or any other HTML content.
So, for example, in this text area that I am filling in right now, I could paste an image.

Any idea of how to do this?

I can't help you directly because I have no idea, but I can help indirectly by telling others what you mean:

eskimo wants a field similar to those like tinymce editor where u can paste images directly. the best example would be wordpress or blogger.
