Need help with coding! please...

Okay so I have a picture with a link attached to it, and I have the coordinates just right where I want it. ITS PERFECT! But then I go on someone elses computer and its WAYYYYY off. Is there some way I can add something to the code to make it the same on EVERY scree, computer, phone, etc!
