mobipocket insallation????

Hello everybody,

I want to became a mobipocket retialer, (selling ebooks).
Now I have to follow some steps http://www.mobipocket.com/dev/article.asp?...sktop.htm#logon
Step 2 is the problem, I have the oscommerce login, but they need also a userID and a retailerID but I have no idea how to do that???

So if you'r gifted with a big knowledge of php, please help me!!
