how to have users upload to my site?

im starting a website where i want users to upload their music to my site and im wondering how i can have them upload to a specific table in dreamweaver and if its possible for me to make a premade button that goes in the table with their own text on that button. heres the link to the page on the site that i want to do this on....i want it to automatically make a similar button to the one i have in the left table(also with the streaming audio and buy now button if possible)
