Form required field

I love the new look of this site!

I'm struggling to figure out what I've done wrong with a form that I'm working on and he needs all fields required except the phone #. I looked it up on dynamicdrive.com and they had script I'm using. Something isn't right in the script for my coding I guess because I can't get 'county' and the 'occupancytype' to be required as well.
