Website Developer/Designer Needed

I'm in need of a web developer/designer to make me a template for my PTC Advertising Website script. I'm willing to happily add you to the payroll of the site, as long as you're able to do updates every once in a while. If you can provide me with a killer template that will beat all the other PTC Ad sites out there, we can make some good money.
