I've been looking at these as a method of advertising. They send out large numbers of emails to people who have opted-in for that particular genre of content through another website.

I've had a look at [deleted by mod :: new users aren't allowed links] but the reviews of this site seem poor.

I need an bulk email leads site which is reliable and accepts PayPal!
