Looking For Some Design Advice About This Page

I really need some design advice for a page I am working on.

The page is HERE (http://creativevp.com/test.html).

First off, I would like some comments on the overall color choices.

I would like to know if the middle "window" where company information could go is toooo big?

I'm not real thrilled with the goldish color of the Titles in the right column. Anyone have any suggestions?

Finally, I'd like opinions on just the overall look of the page. If you have any suggestions as to how to improve it, I would love to hear them.

Also, I am working on fixing the borders that don't go all the way up.

The part where the company info should go looks fine to me I think its the banner across the very top that makes it look to big, if you made that smaller it'd look well any you could see more of the main body.

Not sure what content will be going in the center of the body but I think it might need ot be wider so the left and right columns are smaller.

The yellowy text on the right could maybe be changed to something like on this site

i'm fairly new to web design so this is just my opinion and it mightn't be the best but it's up to you what to do with it
