How to Pryamid List

Hello again, How would you go about pyramiding a list??

I know how to do the top but i cant figure out the bottom, I know its something simple but i cant figure out. I've been doing it for hours but im stuck. Also, I cant figure out to get rid of the purple dotted border after you click on an image.

@edit: i finally fixed it. but i still cant figure out how to get rid of the the purple dotted border after you click it.
