webpage vibrate for screen resloution

I have designed my office website pcmt-india.net and its under construction.

My problem is when i brows my site pagewise its distrubed or vibrate when the start displaying.

is there any script I shout insert in each html docs to solve the problem? and auto adjust screen resolution script.
