Hi I am relatively new to HTML. Back around a year ago i learned some basic HTML, but now i wannt to learn all that i can and be able to make a amateur website with a couple of pages. i have a few questions i need to ask:

1.) what is dreamweaver and what does it do

2.) is dreamweaver a good investment

3.)is dreamweaver a good investment by itself or do i need to get photoshop,flash, etc with it

4.) what are some good tutorial websites

5.) what do i need to get started. like software, memory, etc.
