help with login history

hi there how to add login history to a login id on a website... (just like in the attached image)

i mean when some logs in into there account we can see msg somewhere on top "u were last loged in at so n so time date"

how to add such thing to a weblink,is there any third party applications.

for suppose if i want to track login history of my yahoo id or gmail id are there any softwares which can do so
