Hi everybody
I read a lot of posts about link building and I wanted to regard that for a bit

We all know that getting "do follow" back links from various sites increases your site's chances to rank higher in SERPs and that getting those could be a bit problematic (or in the best case, just time consuming)
I wanted to discuss online services (especially the free ones) that allow for such links to be created
take Lookuppage (http://www.lookuppage.com) for example. It's a free service that specializes in name search SEO (it also offers SEM and other extras for pay). lookuppage offers to create a personalized page for people and promotes it on the web.
It takes about 2 minutes to create your profile and link it to your page, and you get just like that.

As Collin Lahay (http://www.collinlahay.net/) (a blogger) stated (http://collinlahay.com/2008/08/14/link-building-with-lookuppage/):

You can see a live example of a premium LookupPage account by searching Google for my name, Collin LaHay. You can see CollinLaHay.net ranks pretty well for being such a simple page, and you can also see they even provide a little Adwords budget for my name. I get emails every day from LookupPage telling me who visited my page, and from what country they are from. The long story short is that not only is LookupPage great for link building, but it can be a great way to increase website traffic as well

You could also have a look at Naymz (http://www.naymz.com/) which offers a slightly different service (it's basically a social network) but it also gets the job done. Geeky Nomad (http://geekynomad.com/) wrote a post about it (http://geekynomad.com/?p=27) a while back

Then, ofc, there's also LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com) which is another social network service with good PR.
Big Oak Inc (http://www.bigoakinc.com/) wrote a very nicely illustrated blog post about it (http://www.bigoakinc.com/blog/use-linkedin-for-link-building/)

These services are very simple to use, and help you create SEO links in minutes

Just a thought
