Jump to pixel count - or...

Hello everyone.

First post here so be nice ;)

Question:

Is it possible to have link that jumps to a specific pixel count on page?

Problem is, I have a fixed position div a the top of my page, so when jumping to an anchor, it shows behind the top div.
Above the anchor is an image, and I can't seem to place the anchor in the middle of an image.

Any help is very appreciated.
