Help with Deadlock

Hey I installed Deadlock on my website http://www.andysreviewhub.tk/ and have hit a few speed bumps. The installation went perfect but at the home page for Deadlock I see this:

Current Version: Unknown [?]
Status: Error [?]

Also on the templates, I see things like this:

First Name: ${firstname_value}[?]
Last Name: ${lastname_value}[?]
Email: ${email_value}[?]
Phone (optional) : ${phone_value}[?]
Country (optional) : ${country_selects}

Username: ${username_value}[?]
Password: [?]
Confirm Password: [?]
