The picture quality in the intro is a bit bad, but other than that I like it. It took just a little too long to load though, and the skip intro button was very tempting to press.

I'd recommend putting up the video as part of the main page, with a "loading" and then "play" button once it's buffered. It's a good video, and often these flash intros are just a waste of time but this one really gets the point accross - it would be a shame to waste it by people clicking "skip" most of the time.
