Weird Links Appearing on My Web Page. Virus???

When one of my users opens the corporate website with IE these links appear that shouldn't be there. For instance, the words Human Resources are listed on the site. He sees them as a link though and when clicked the user is taken to the following address: [link deleted by mod].

Is this a virus? Has anyone seen anything like this before?

If the link isn't supposed to be there, then the link itself is of no use in figuring out was the problem is. However a link to the page they are appearing on would be a help.
