How to build a donation page?

Hi,

I am designing a non-profit website and the client wants a page where people can make a donation and purchase an item. I am building a flash site. Can I do this in flash or do I have to build the donation page in dreamweaver. Is there a tutorial anyone knows of where I can get a step by step process. I have not done anything like this.
