How do I use Lightbox in Dreamweaver?

I have dreamweaver, how exactly do I work everything in it?

I put this in the header code
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/prototype.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/scriptaculous.js?load=effects,builder"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/lightbox.js"></script>

I attached the lightbox.css that you can download on the site.

Am I doing this right? How do I make it work for an image now? I cant really follow the site rules on how to do it b/c Im using dreamweaver.
