I need a programmer who can create a forum on my pre-exisiting website SeeThefeelings The forum should allow user to create user names and passwords, if a member of the site has forgotten their user name and/or password they can simply enter there email address and be notified via email. I should have the ability to delete inappropriate threads and members who are not following the terms of use. I want the forum to be a part of my site, following the same layout and menu bar, I do not want a third party forum or something that takes users to another page. I can supply you with the psd file and/or html file.

You can get all you want from free forum software like Wordpress which does enable you to insert a section inside your webpage and style it to match your page

All the code is downloaded and installed automatically but you then have to set up your options and forum categories via the admin; you shouldn't have to mess with the php code except once at the very beginning in a very minor way.

You will almost certainly need to install a mod or two, there are hundreds but you may have to wait for a spammer, determine what sort of spammer you have, then choose a mod to suit from advice on a forum about the mods.
