Calendar XML

I'm trying to develop a Common calendar class in VB.net for client's project. and I first of all create the XML layout for calendar and based on that I'm going to develop the rest of them...could any have a general idea / sample that how can I create the basic calendar pattern in xml? ( weekly view & monthly view)...
