solution?need advice: can CMS help this?

I need to create web site with products informations, about 60 items each with picture and description. No payment needed. Can CMS help? Does CMS need a database in the backend? Because we don't have web server and database server, we need to use web hosting company, if CMS can help, which one is better for our situation. If it needs a database, what is the solution for us because we don't have SQL server and I don't know how to write mySQL?
