I'm not sure how to best ask this. I have a host that is running my website. Everything is great, but for the webmail, it switches to a different port and it's a port that is blocked at my work. I was trying to find some way of creating a redirection or maybe a rewrite or ?? that would allow me to read my personal email at my work.
For instance, my website could be www.mywebsite.com. My host has the webmail installed at:
http://www.mywebsite.com:2095/squirrelmail/src/webmail.php
My work blocks port 2095, so I need to find a way around it. My thought was that I could create a subdomain, say webmail.mywebsite.com and have the content displayed be from the squirrelmail webmail as above. I'm not positive how to do this. I'm not sure what type of solution it is, but I can't imagine it would be too difficult.
Anyone able to direct me in the right direction?
TIA
