Critique needed

I'm trying to design a site and I need critique. This is what I have so far:

Ignore the text in the header, I'll replace it with a logo. Does it look too simple? Maybe it's simple because of the lack of content?

It looks too simple because you haven't really done enough to fill out the design. What about a footer? What about images? What about making styles for the various header tags? What about providing some spaces for other drupal modules?

Yes it is very simple, too simple IMO. Simple and clean is a good thing, but without more sample content this looks too dull.
