Website Application

I am looking for a web application or template to use in my website.
I want my users to be able to create their own profile and most importantly I want them to be able to add interesting info of the web site to their profile.
I mean I have different set of info (for example a to z) and I want the user to be able to add for example set x to his/her profile.
is there anything relatively easy to setup for use?
