Help with Website Structure

Hi Everyone

I am looking for some help with a new project that i am starting today.

i would like a standard 4 page static website that i will probably never update, but in the future i would like to add pages with ease. and i want to be able to to find that particular page by typing the full domain name in (e.g www.domain.com/pagename.php)

I would like to put all these additional pages in a separate folder on the server (e.g. www.domain.com/addon_pages/pagename.php)

But i want people to be able to find that page with out typing that folder name (addon_pages)

youtube are using this method for ther users who upload videos.

that user can tell me to find there profile by just typing - http://www.youtube.com/syira13 and missing the folder user out


any help would be appreciated!
