I am new to the below concept...can anyone fledge me with ur suggestions and ideas for my new project?

I have planned to create a product like constantcontact.com. that is emailing to the database given by others along with hosting websites for them..

Simple: It is helping non-profitable NGOs for hosting their websites and als o sending daily newsletters for the database they give at low price.. It is a new concept for me./.Please do help me out in functional and technical idea for this project...

It sounds like your email volume will be very high - I would do your research and find a dedicated solution with a host that has experience in high volume email solutions and one that isn't prone to being blacklisted by RBLs as being flagged as a spam source will be a major, major concern for you.
