Help with my collection display?

I'm using an iframe to display my playing card collection one deck at a time; at the bottom of the page I have 25 webarrows, each representing a particular deck, that send new images to the iframe. I'd like to replace all those webarrows with a single webarrow that works like the "next" button on a CD player.

Is this possible? Could someone tell me how to do this, or tell me where I could find a tutorial to do this, or tell me the name of what I want to do so I can find a tutorial myself?
