Question about Streaming Video

I would like to add a high quality streaming video demonstration to my website. It has to be high quality because I need to show detail. I would embed a youtube video but the quality isn't good enough.

I was thinking something similiar to this: http://www.apple.com/macbookair/guidedtour/index.html?size=large

The video in the quality I need is approx 80mb. I'm an amateur and just wondering how difficult it would be to set something like this up.
