can't get Google PR

I can't seem to get Google PR at all even though I have quite a few links to my site at www.freegraphicscentre.com

I have recently changed the menu system from javascript as someone here suggested but nothing seems to work. I have also had an approved site map for some time now.

I would be really grateful if someone could look at my site and let me have some helpful suggestions

A few links might not be enough for having a good PR in the nest Google update unless at least one of them has relatively a high PR.
