IE6 CSS and Javascript error

Hey, I have been frustrated by IE6 before but this time it has me truly stumped. On the link below there is a border and blue bar that shows the bread crumbs. But the background colors go transparent every time a JavaScript command is made, only if the navigation is showing on the screen though (yea! I don't have a clue)! Any suggestions will help.
